“when we look down the history we see all great men at some point of their lives ‘had nothing else to lose’.This sense of losing nothing made them risk takers thus great men”

Wikileaks in Media

Yesterday while passing a billboard in Pakistan I came across a very innovative funny ad of a diaper company saying”wiki leaks… butterfly don’t”

US funding Taliban

In a new twist , it has been acknowledged that US Army is funding Taliban fighters in Afghanistan. This funding is through the ‘Protection money’ paid to Taliban. The money is paid to assure safe passage for NATO goods to pass.A whooping amount is paid to Taliban each year which is estimated to be 150 Million US$ per year!.This was reportedly confirmed by the previous commander Mc Crystal. The US is numb on this issue either they are helpless or there is a hidden agenda behind this funding.
The NATO and ISAF forces receive 70%of their goods by land. The ‘money paid on each truck varies from 600 US$ to 3000US$ depending upon the cargo and the destination of the goods.Taliban call it toll tax for passing NATO goods. It might be observed that the both fighting sides are not so serious in finishing the war whatsoever the reasons are,as Hillary Clinton stated that this war might go for 15 more years. The question now arises that if the report is pure and true then the claims by Gen.Patreaus are false that they have ‘almost’ won the war.The money of the American tax payers is going down the drain and false promises are being made to keep them in the dark.
We hope that the American people demand a stop to this war before the wrong policies of their govt ruin them all.

Pakistani News channels fail.

Pakistani news channel failed to confirm the authenticity of a news item published stating “wikileaks cables revealed RAW hand in Baluchistan”.The item further stated that agencies of India,Iran and UAE are involved in the terrorist activities in Baluchistan.
The news agency failed to confirm the item and the origins of this report. The chief editor of The News said that it was an ‘agencies copy’ and was regulated for propaganda purposes only. One thing that the chief failed to consider is that before giving such outrageous statements they should at least confirm that the report which labeled the news item as unauthentic is true or not.Its the responsibility of the News agencies to confirm the authenticity of any report they publish instead of pointing the finger to any one else.Journalism is a very respectable profession and its integrity should be safe guarded by the journalist them selves. The Gaurdian published a an article saying that the Pakistani’s are again using wikileaks as a political tool.I urge all of the nation to please don’t spoil the image of Pakistan any more enough damage has already been done.

Wikileaks Pakistan

In the latest leaks from the Pandora box,it has been disclosed that Pakistan was facing weapon shortage in the Zardari Tenure.Pakistan despite facing all difficulties has managed to stay up from the flood of problems we are facing.
Everybody looked at these leaks differently some used it for their politics , some to gain press attention but the main side we didn’t notice was that Pakistan is facing very tough challenges created by our so called friends like Iran,UAE and America.Pakistan’s ISI is all alone fighting their indirect attacks.Pakistan intelligence is facing CIA,Mossad,RAW and intelligence of many other hostile countries with the help of the security forces of Pakistan. We should shower flowers of appreciation on our forces instead of pointing them every time if there is an abduction.

Violence again

What is wrong with everyone in my beloved country.Bombs,Corruption, hoarding weren’t these enough?now the students have also started to create problems.
Today IJT(Islami Jamiat Talba) stormed the Punjab assembly torching 2 Police vehicles. They were unsuccessful in reaching the main hall “Hall of Idiots” due to the presence of a heavy Police contingent. Students should’t do such things just on a call by a Political party. As we all have heard Jamat-e-Islami leaders that Jammat encourages good education and always give a backing of Islam in this regard, but where is there ideology when they urge students to join the protests by leaving classes.Their leaders are just fake and hollow people with little vision and always are eager to create a problem in the country whenever they get a chance.
I would say to these leaders and to all of the people that please help me understand one thing that you people are always criticizing the government,be it Musharaf’s or Zardari’s they ahve done their criticism. When you people wee given a chance to govern in the previous govt what did you do?buy illegal heli copters?as done by their chief minister. Please be sure what your plans are and for God’s sake to shield your stinking intentions with Islam

Wikileaks founder bail rejected

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange was refused bail by a British court on Tuesday after he was arrested over allegations of sex crimes in Sweden.

Assange, whose WikiLeaks website is at the centre of a row over the release of secret U.S. diplomatic cables, was arrested under a European Arrest Warrant earlier on Tuesday after handing himself in to London police.

Assange, who denies the allegations, was refused bail and faces a fresh hearing on December 14.

He has spent much of his time in Sweden and earlier this year was accused of sexual misconduct by two female Swedish WikiLeaks volunteers.

A Swedish prosecutor wants to question him about the allegations.

At a court hearing in London, Senior District Judge Howard Riddle said: “There are substantial grounds to believe he could abscond if granted bail”.

He also said the allegations were of a serious nature, and Assange had comparatively weak community ties in Britain.

WikiLeaks, which has provoked fury in Washington with its publications, vowed it would continue making public details of the 250,000 secret US documents it had obtained.

“Today’s actions against our editor-in-chief Julian Assange won’t affect our operations: we will release more cables tonight as normal,” WikiLeaks said, according to its Twitter page.

London police said Assange was arrested by officers from its extradition unit at about 9.30 a.m. (0930 GMT) after he appeared by appointment at a police station. His whereabouts had been previously undisclosed.

“He is accused by the Swedish authorities of one count of unlawful coercion, two counts of sexual molestation and one count of rape, all alleged to have been committed in August 2010,” a London police spokeswoman said.

Swedish prosecutors opened, then dropped, then re-opened an investigation into the allegations. The crime he is suspected of is the least severe of three categories of rape, carrying a maximum of four years in jail.
